Riesha Carlisle, BS, Reiki Master & Doula
Riesha Carlisle is a Ohio licensed and certified Perinatal and Postpartum Doula and Reiki Master providing integrative care through the Washington Wellness Institute. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a deep-rooted passion for healing, Riesha supports clients through pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum with a holistic approach that blends clinical knowledge and spiritual awareness.

She has been practicing as a doula since 2019 and a Reiki Master since 2020, incorporating energy work, sound therapy, and trauma-informed care to help reduce stress, promote emotional balance, and enhance the birthing experience. Riesha is also trained in lactation support through the Cleveland Clinic and completed End-of-Life Doula training with the Hospice of the Western Reserve, offering her a unique understanding of major life transitions.

Riesha is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at John Carroll University, where she is deepening her expertise in mental and emotional wellness to better serve individuals and families at every stage of their journey.
