Alex Olosunde, LMFT

Alexándria Smith is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with degrees in Professional Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy. She has experience in individual, grief, community, and family counseling. Recently, she trained with Brent Atkinson, an expert in couples therapy, which helped her enhance her skills in relationships. Alexándria identifies as a relationship specialist, working with individuals, couples, and families, but she acknowledges that each person is their own expert.

She believes in a collaborative therapy approach, where both she and her clients share insights. Alexándria helps clients improve communication, heal from emotional wounds, develop healthier relationship habits, and gain self-understanding. She teaches respectful communication and how to advocate for oneself without harming others.

If you're interested in couples therapy but your partner won't join, you can still start the change process alone. While relationships need both partners to thrive, one person can initiate positive change. If you are willing to work on yourself, Alexándria is ready to support you in building skills for lasting relationship satisfaction.

Note: Alexándria is currently pursuing a license in the state of California, and is not accepting clients in Ohio at this time.
