Reiki Master & Doula

Riesha Carlisle has been practicing as a licensed and certified Perinatal and Postpartum Doula in the state of Ohio since 2019. She supports clients through pregnancy, childbirth, and other significant experiences using a holistic approach that blends clinical knowledge and spiritual awareness.

Riesha is constantly seeking to deepen her expertise in mental and emotional wellness to better serve individuals and families at every stage of their journey. In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, she has trained in lactation support through the Cleveland Clinic, and as an End-of-Life Doula through the Hospice of Western Reserve. As a result of her efforts, she has a deep-rooted passion for healing and a unique understanding of major life transitions. Riesha is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at John Carroll University.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Riesha has been a practicing Reiki Master since 2020. At Washington Wellness, she incorporates energy work, sound therapy, and trauma-informed care to help reduce stress, promote emotional balance, and enhance the birthing experience.
